Some people come for just a few sessions: others come over a longer period of time. An initial session provides the opportunity to consider if counselling might be of benefit to you.
If you decide to continue, usually it is agreed to meet for a number of sessions on a weekly or sometimes fortnightly basis. Sessions usually last between 50-60 minutes. Daytime and evening appointments are available.
